Accessories for GloveQb systems
CF Antechambers
The philosophy of GloveCube is to use standard type vacuum flanges as much as possible to interface with existing equipment. A good example is the standard CF150 based antechamber. This proprietary antechamber design uses Conflat® vacuum seals and is available in different CF sizes. Our choice for standard flanges gives you the freedom to interface your other vacuum applications directly to a panel or to an antechamber.
CF Load-lock doors
The doors of our antechamber systems are also separately available, in stainless steel or aluminium and in different CF sizes. A door can be removed completely from its integrated Conflat® based fixture. In this way you can easily add a load-lock door anywhere to your application, giving access to a protected gas atmosphere.
Storage shelfs
GloveCube's storage shelfs are also modular. Multiple of these convenient shelfs can be positioned anywhere in the frame using the existing connection holes.
Support frame
A GloveQb system kan be installed on an existing worktable or on an individual support frame. The advantage of a standard support frame is that these are also modular. It is positionable because the wheelsand it offers space to extra equipment. Furthermore, the height can be made to fit a sitting or standing position. Even systems that are adjustable in height are posisible.
Gas Purification Unit
Our gas purification units are designed to bring the gasatmosphere in your GloveQb to the desired low impurity levels and to keep them low by means of circulating the gasatmosphere through catalysts. A standard unit reduces the H2O and O2 levels in your GloveQb to less than 1 ppm. Other models are available with increased catalyst capacity, with solvent removal capability, and with oxygen and moisture sensors. The catalysts can be regenerated automatically. These gas purification units can also be used to convert an existing purged glovebox into a recirculated glovebox.
