Design of GloveQb Panels
Interfacing your existing equipment or instrumentation to a GloveQb system is easily realized by using a modular panel with the appropriate connectors. GloveCube has extensive experience with interfacing applications to GloveQb's. We can do the full design prcocess for you, or you can supply us with a draft panel design and we finalize and produce it for you. In the following steps, the design and production process is explained in further detail.
Your functional panel in three steps
Draft design
If your design is based on a basic-panel size then GloveQb will use the exact dimensions for a 700x700 mm panel for the drawings. If you supply us with the type of material, the exact positions of feedthroughs and the type of connections, then we will do the rest. Although the standard panelsize reflects practical working dimensions, we can of course produce panels in other dimensions if needed.
We can fit your panel with a wide range of connections: Conflat® (CF), ISO or KF Flange, but also Swagelok® or Cajon®. If a device or application needs a non-standard type of connection then naturally that is possible too. An example is the square feedthrough-connection in the panel shown here.
CAD version
Based on your draft design, GloveCube will make a CAD drawing with all dimensions and feedthroughs on scale. After your feedback and approval the panel is ready for production.
To save time and costs, GloveCube also offers you the possibility to create a ready-to-produce CAD drawing yourself. Please contact us for the requirements.
Production
Depending on the panel material and the desired options we choose the best way of production and deliver you the finished panel ready for assembly. GloveCube strives for short delivery times for standard cube dimensions.
